R and I got to hear the heartbeat today. A strong 166 beats per minute.
There is the old wives tale that if the HB is always above 140 then it is a girl, if it is under then it is a boy. I am sure science would say that is rubbish, but happy guessing!

I don't know...Kira's HB was always above 140...but then again, so was my friend Lindsi's son's HB. We thought she was having a girl for sure!
